Pam from Services was extremely helpful in making sure that we got back on the road safely. You could tell that they want to make sure everything is done quickly but in a safe way too. The technician (for whom I wish I had a name) was very kind and understanding as he had to work on my car multiple times for different reasons. I would definitely bring my car back here to be worked on again

Findlay really took care of us. My car was for parts for six months and after all that time they took care of the items that went bad on the car due to sitting in the south west Utah heat and sun all summer long. And we’re very friendly and understanding of frustration from me as a customer having to wait six months for a part.

I feel Pam helped me and got my car in as soon as was possible. She is easy to work with and made me feel my concerns were of value. I was glad to know that all systems and toes were checked and all was well.

Zack was awesome, definitely no pressure sales. My only complaint was they need more VWs on the lot. A bigger selection would have been nice!

When we arrived everyone was friendly and helpful. I asked for a shuttle to take my partner and I to his office and though the main driver wasn’t their someone volunteered and dropped us off and pick us up when my car was done. It did take almost 4 hours which I thought was a little too long for an oil change and alignment. They took care of what I asked for though. They noted I needed to clean an air filter that requires a special oil. Apparently they don’t carry it so they didn’t take care of that or offer. They also didn’t add anything I didn’t ask for which was appreciated. It was a bit of an expensive visit but when you have as many miles as I have on the car I think it’s necessary to take it in to the VW people for a check up every so often.

I had a difficult problem with the air conditioning on my 2218 Tiguan. When the first try (replacing the cabin air filter) did not help they scheduled a second service call. On this call extensive work revealed that parts were needed which had to be ordered. When the parts arrived and were installed everything worked perfectly. It was clear through it all that the people were doing their very best in working with a full schedule of service for other customers and meeting my needs. In the end I was very satisfied and felt that they did an excellent job.

I really appreciate the effort that Pam, in the service department, went to to help me with my Beetle. I had called earlier in the day and was told that service was completely booked for the rest of the week but was transferred to an extension to talk to someone about getting me in when they could. Left voicemail, hadn't heard back in a couple of hours so called again. Pam took my call, listened to me, and got me booked in the afternoon of the only day that I could get there. I don't live in St. George but over 2 hours away. She was very kind and understanding. Had to tow my Beetle in on a trailer because the key had been deprogrammed--the service tech got right to me and worked on my Beetle up on the trailer so that I did not have to unload it. After about 30 minutes they had not only gotten my key re-programmed but had programmed two spares for me and fixed a minor recall issue--Bless their hearts! I will continue to use Finlay Volkswagen whenever I need anything for my Beetle. Fine folks!

After I had an emergency transmission code on my Tiguan, I was promptly fit into the schedule for the warranty work. I hate back and forth with fluff. This experience was quick and to the point. Looking good for a first experience. I would recommend all warranty work here. I do not have experience at this location with scheduled maintenance or purchasing.

Our experience was fantastic with Gabe our salesman. He went to great lengths to answer questions and concerns not knowing if we were serious about purchasing a vehicle. I think he memorized our phone number. We were never pressured to purchase and after we decided to get our Atlas they went out of their way to show us how the car operated. Thanks to the whole crew for making a senior experience a good one. I would highly recommend them.

Everyone we worked with at Findlay Volkswagen were amazing! Gabe was extremely knowledgeable and found us the perfect vehicle in a matter of minutes. I was surprised there was no hard sell to get us to purchase the warranty. The value credited me for my trade in was more than fair as well. I've gone to several different mechanics to get it fixed, each time I left the mechanic they said it was fixed and it wasn't. After a month, a lot of money spent on mechanics, and tons of oil on my driveway, I took it into Findlay VW mechanic, Mike. He seriously went above and beyond. He took pictures of what was going on, explained every detail to me, even gave me the old drain plug in a bag to show me how the washer was the wrong size. I will definitely be coming here from now on- and will probably buy my next car here when the time comes.

Love my TDI!!  Everyone at Findlay Volkswagen always works hard to make sure not only to provide the best service, but also to ask if there is anything not on the recommended maintenance list for my TDI that I may require.  Just a phone call away, even when I travel to Nevada, California or Washington States the guys in the Service Department are always able to assist.  Love my VW for the Quality and the MPG!!

I drove 400 miles to buy a car from them, yes, that's not a typo! I drove all the way from Southern California to Utah just to get my car from them. No dealer had the car I wanted and when I found out they Findlay had it, I got on the phone and was luckily enough to get a hold of Quinn. By far the the nicest and most honest salesman I've ever dealt with. The folks over at Findlay have truly gone above in beyond.
