I really appreciate the effort that Pam, in the service department, went to to help me with my Beetle. I had called earlier in the day and was told that service was completely booked for the rest of the week but was transferred to an extension to talk to someone about getting me in when they could. Left voicemail, hadn't heard back in a couple of hours so called again. Pam took my call, listened to me, and got me booked in the afternoon of the only day that I could get there. I don't live in St. George but over 2 hours away. She was very kind and understanding. Had to tow my Beetle in on a trailer because the key had been deprogrammed--the service tech got right to me and worked on my Beetle up on the trailer so that I did not have to unload it. After about 30 minutes they had not only gotten my key re-programmed but had programmed two spares for me and fixed a minor recall issue--Bless their hearts! I will continue to use Finlay Volkswagen whenever I need anything for my Beetle. Fine folks!

After I had an emergency transmission code on my Tiguan, I was promptly fit into the schedule for the warranty work. I hate back and forth with fluff. This experience was quick and to the point. Looking good for a first experience. I would recommend all warranty work here. I do not have experience at this location with scheduled maintenance or purchasing.

Our experience was fantastic with Gabe our salesman. He went to great lengths to answer questions and concerns not knowing if we were serious about purchasing a vehicle. I think he memorized our phone number. We were never pressured to purchase and after we decided to get our Atlas they went out of their way to show us how the car operated. Thanks to the whole crew for making a senior experience a good one. I would highly recommend them.

Everyone we worked with at Findlay Volkswagen were amazing! Gabe was extremely knowledgeable and found us the perfect vehicle in a matter of minutes. I was surprised there was no hard sell to get us to purchase the warranty. The value credited me for my trade in was more than fair as well. I'll be purchasing all my vehicles from them in the future.

Took our 2009 Beetle to the service department. They got it done in great time and did a great job. The only advice to give is if you set up an appointment online and are not an extablished customer, call the service department and verify it transferred to their system. I set the appointment online and waited for 2 months for the appointment and I decided to call about the appointment a couple days before and they didn't have the appointment in their records. They did get me in pretty fast after that and did a great job with their work.

They were backed up in the service department we drove from Ely Nevada . We had to leave it a week for parts and labor. They kept us informed and the repairs were cheaper than quoted. Super friendly staff especially Pam

besides the fact my car runs amazingly now, Thank you!! the staff there are amazing!! and so nice! 1 year warranty on all the parts! main thing i was impressed and loved was their customer service every person there made me feel welcomed and was so knowledgeable and helpful!

Findlay Auto is absolutely the best place to buy a car. I was treated so kindly. Got a great deal on the car I always wanted. Friendly staff Gabriel was absolutely wonderful. The sales manager was amazing. If I ever do need to purchase another car I would absolutely go back to Findlay auto sales. Been to other Dealerships in town and they just don’t compare to Findlay! They were amazing at Findlay Wolkswagen. The staff was very friendly and it only took two hours from when I drove on the lot to when I drove away in my new car plus I had a trade in. The best buying experience I have every had. I would highly recommend working with this dealership. They are GREAT!!!

Nothing but good things to say! We found the car that works perfect for our family, without the intensity and pressure and insane "market adjustments" that other dealerships in the area are doing. The process was smooth and simple and the prices were fair. Would recommend to anyone!

We recently bought our first Volkswagen from Findlay VW. My husband and I have nothing but great things to say about the car buying experience and overall service they provide their customers. Dennis Sillito was our car sales man and was nothing but kind and loving towards us and our 2 kids. He was not pushy at all and made the car buying process easy. We have been in a few times since buying the car and have been treated amazingly every time. They have definitely made us costumers for life.

I've gone to several different mechanics to get it fixed, each time I left the mechanic they said it was fixed and it wasn't. After a month, a lot of money spent on mechanics, and tons of oil on my driveway, I took it into Findlay VW mechanic, Mike. He seriously went above and beyond. He took pictures of what was going on, explained every detail to me, even gave me the old drain plug in a bag to show me how the washer was the wrong size. I will definitely be coming here from now on- and will probably buy my next car here when the time comes.

Love my TDI!!  Everyone at Findlay Volkswagen always works hard to make sure not only to provide the best service, but also to ask if there is anything not on the recommended maintenance list for my TDI that I may require.  Just a phone call away, even when I travel to Nevada, California or Washington States the guys in the Service Department are always able to assist.  Love my VW for the Quality and the MPG!!

I drove 400 miles to buy a car from them, yes, that's not a typo! I drove all the way from Southern California to Utah just to get my car from them. No dealer had the car I wanted and when I found out they Findlay had it, I got on the phone and was luckily enough to get a hold of Quinn. By far the the nicest and most honest salesman I've ever dealt with. The folks over at Findlay have truly gone above in beyond. I want to personally thank Quinn, Jason and Tylee for the excellent service. The 3 of you have made what can be a major headache, a complete breeze. Thank you again and I wish you were all closer!
