They did my oil change while I waited. In and out in less than 45 minutes. They asked about a couple of service items to see if I wanted them done. I had already taken care of them myself, but appreciated them asking. Will be going back again.

I did Brake's, Tire change, Transmission oil change, Engine oil change and Balacning. Things look good, I like the service too. More important is I like their customer service, "how they receive you and takes care of the things you need". So far things are good and no attitidue is shown towards me. They greeted me with smile and walk me with things and even suggested what is good for me. So I will recemond this dealership as long as they do good service with good behaviour towards customer. Bought my certified used Jetta here in June, and took it to the dealership yesterday for service. No surprises, just an oil change and inspection which verified that the car I bought was a quality used car. Glad I purchased the car and looking forward to their service in the future..

Very impressive dealership. Although we did not purchase our Atlas here (we were inpatient and rushed to find one available that met our very specific search criteria) their sales staff was extremely friendly, very knowledgeable, and even in these times of "easy sales" due to the positive economic standings, their follow up was excellent - far better than ANY other dealer we talked to.. and we talked to quite a few. Not only was their sales department impressive, their service department compliments them very well! I cannot recall the names of the two service writers, but they're clearly huge assets to the dealership! Extremely knowledgeable on all Volkswagen systems, quickly able to answer any questions / concerns you may have, very clean in their work, most importantly very thorough. They make sure both the car leaves perfect and the customer goes home happy. Highly recommend this dealer for all Volkswagen owners.

I have no regrets about purchasing the Tiguan from this dealership who have done their utmost to answer my questions when needed.

Never left a review before, but after our trip here and leaving with wife’s dream car has been amazing was definitely worth the 5 hour drive. Gabe and Dale super awesome humans along with the team that was there on 26 September, made my first time buying a vehicle super fast and easy, worked with me to get me the best deal and got a sweet deal as a first time buyer. We recently bought our first Volkswagen from Findlay VW. My husband and I have nothing but great things to say about the car buying experience and overall service they provide their customers. Dennis Sillito was our car sales man and was nothing but kind and loving towards us and our 2 kids. He was not pushy at all and made the car buying process easy. We have been in a few times since buying the car and have been treated amazingly every time. They have definitely made us costumers for life.

I've gone to several different mechanics to get it fixed, each time I left the mechanic they said it was fixed and it wasn't. After a month, a lot of money spent on mechanics, and tons of oil on my driveway, I took it into Findlay VW mechanic, Mike. He seriously went above and beyond. He took pictures of what was going on, explained every detail to me, even gave me the old drain plug in a bag to show me how the washer was the wrong size. I will definitely be coming here from now on- and will probably buy my next car here when the time comes.

Love my TDI!!  Everyone at Findlay Volkswagen always works hard to make sure not only to provide the best service, but also to ask if there is anything not on the recommended maintenance list for my TDI that I may require.  Just a phone call away, even when I travel to Nevada, California or Washington States the guys in the Service Department are always able to assist.  Love my VW for the Quality and the MPG!!

I drove 400 miles to buy a car from them, yes, that's not a typo! I drove all the way from Southern California to Utah just to get my car from them. No dealer had the car I wanted and when I found out they Findlay had it, I got on the phone and was luckily enough to get a hold of Quinn. By far the the nicest and most honest salesman I've ever dealt with. The folks over at Findlay have truly gone above in beyond.
