Tom Taylor2 months agoCalled and talked to Josh Dalton for some help with my car radio. It was "locked" and needed a code that only the dealer could provide. Josh got back to me quickly and gave me the code. I appreciated that he didn't try and make me come to the dealership. They will have my business when I need further work done!

Mackay Clayton7 months agoMy wife and I were going though Hurricane on our honeymoon trip when our Jetta started breaking down. The there were several error lights blinking on the console, and the engine was lurching. We looked up certified VW service centers in the area, and found Findlay within reach, so we turned on our hazard lights and hobbled over there. When we arrived at the dealership, we were greeted quickly and sent to Josh at the service center. He was very friendly and explanatory, and helped us write out our information quickly. As soon as we had everything ready and our car was in the service center, the dealership sent us on their shuttle to a mall of our choosing where we could have lunch (our driver, Bob, was very friendly). Before we even finished lunch, they called having diagnosed the problem: Our spark coils were bad, as well as the spark plugs. They gave us a bid for around $350, and told us it would be done in about an hour. We gave the okay, and just as they said it was done in an hour, and Bob came in the shuttle to pick us up from the strip mall. We got a full warranty with the service, and the car has been running without a hiccup since then. They had us on our way in no time. All in all, they made a scary dilemma into a great experience.
Andy Lepore1 year agoDennis the salesman was nice to work with but watch out for the "add ons" the finance person tries to add to the sales price. For example the windshield protection which my insurance company covers in full. 3 days after the sale the finance person said I could not cancel the unneeded windshield protection. Additionally do research before buying because some body styles do not have all the expected safety systems for example Blind spot mirror sensors. Thanks for allowing us to remove the unneeded windshield protection .

My husband and I have nothing but great things to say about the car buying experience and overall service they provide their customers. Dennis Sillito was our car sales man and was nothing but kind and loving towards us and our 2 kids. He was not pushy at all and made the car buying process easy. We have been in a few times since buying the car and have been treated amazingly every time. They have definitely made us costumers for life.
Ashly B.1 year agoI am so impressed with this dealership.. I've been dealing with an oil leak (in my brand new car) for a month now. I've gone to several different mechanics to get it fixed, each time I left the mechanic they said it was fixed and it wasn't. After a month, a lot of money spent on mechanics, and tons of oil on my driveway, I took it into Findlay VW mechanic, Mike. He seriously went above and beyond. He took pictures of what was going on, explained every detail to me, even gave me the old drain plug in a bag to show me how the washer was the wrong size. I will definitely be coming here from now on- and will probably buy my next car here when the time comes.
David P.1 year agoI drove 400 miles to buy a car from them, yes, that's not a typo! I drove all the way from Southern California to Utah just to get my car from them. No dealer had the car I wanted and when I found out they Findlay had it, I got on the phone and was luckily enough to get a hold of Quinn. By far the the nicest and most honest salesman I've ever dealt with. The folks over at Findlay have truly gone above in beyond. I want to personally thank Quinn, Jason and Tylee for the excellent service. The 3 of you have made what can be a major headache, a complete breeze. Thank you again and I wish you were all closer!

Everyone at Findlay Volkswagen always works hard to make sure not only to provide the best service, but also to ask if there is anything not on the recommended maintenance list for my TDI that I may require. Just a phone call away, even when I travel to Nevada, California or Washington States the guys in the Service Department are always able to assist. Love my VW for the Quality and the MPG!!
